Cancellation and Substitution Policy:  Attendee substitutions are allowed at any time prior to the program start date. Should you need to cancel your attendance, our refund agreement reflects the fact that we incur most of the expenses of your event before you arrive. If you won’t be able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. 

• 90 days out or longer – Full refund available 
• 89-60 days out – Less 20% 
• 59-30 days out – Less 50% 
• 29-0 days out – No refund available 

All cancellations must be submitted to Events@EmmerichGroup.com via written notification, along with the attendee’s name and contact information. Cancellation will be considered official from the date communication is received by The Emmerich Group.
